Description

Danish designer Kai Kristiansen was born in 1929. He apprenticed in cabinetmaking in 1948 at the royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. At the age of 26 he opened his own studio and designed and created furniture focussing on quality, efficiency, aesthetic, functionality and craftsmanship. Danish Modern style.

A refined 1960’s coffee table, that adjusts to a tall side table. With an easy folding mechanism, for a single person to lift, from one side to the other. Ideal for your home, studio or office. In vintage condition with patina here and there. Restored and clamped, with a danish oil finish. We couldn’t find any info on side tables, the side flaps are not evident to make it the “elevator dining table”
